I signed up for spoofcard yesterday. They charged my card and did not provide the service. Customer service does not respond.
So far, it's turned out to be nothing but a rip off.
I am sorry to hear that. I recommend that you report what has happened the the authority.
I had the same issue. What i didnt realize is that my email client that i use had the words "spoof" or anything associated go directly to spam. I emailed customer service and within 24hr i recieved my pin. i am an avid user and fan. from all of the isues people have with this card or these services you will find that being ripped of is not one of them. and besides.....dispute it with paypal if u really think u r being ripped off.

I had the same problem with Spoofcard. I signed up and didn't receive a PIN. While I tried to reach their Customer Service numerous times, I never received a response. I recently filed a complaint with PayPal and I am currently waiting on the investigation results.
Worked great for me. And had a blast!
i wonder if it is illegal with this new law passed.
The company name is "Teltech" (?) The direct phone number to their office is (732)276-1300 I got my PIN right away - the only problem I had is that they called my phone (from the number noted above) in a rather mysterious way and hung up. When I called and asked why they called me the guy there said he didn't know.
I also signed up, got my card charged, no PIN received, three emails to customer service, no response.
i signed up for this service today, i placed a call to my mum changing the phone number and boice settings she knew it was me straight away, there was a huge delay in communicating from one of the phone to the other, i dont think it is worth 50 cents, I was also quite upset when i entered the destination phone number in the menu and then had to enter it again during the call. I would not pay anymore money to this company. in my opinion i dont think it should be legal.
I signed up and did not receieve a pin. They were kind enough to charge my credit card, even though I could not actually use it.
Perhaps if I cancel my card quickly, those scammers may not be able to charge it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
I Bought A 79.00 Card From Their Website, SpoofCard.com & Used The Card On 3 Or 4 Calls.
The The Last Call Was Interrupted With An Announcement Stating
" Please Call Customer Service"
At A 800 Number- I was Cut Off Every Time, Like My Call Was Added To Reject list.
Guess My Only Recourse IS To Dispute With My Credit Card Company Used For The Initial Transaction.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM SPOOFCARD.COM - What A Rip-Off !!!
This is a total scam, con, ripoff company.
Avoid spoofcard.com unless you want to be the one spoofed!
This Company has (2) divisions: SpoofCard & SpoofCall, I bought a card from SpoofCard.com and it worked on (1) call then said my pin was not valid. Phone calls to customer service went unanswered- like they added me to some kind of reject list !
